1. What are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. ARGO uses cookies primarily to enhance navigation on our site and application, and to gather anonymised analytics.
2. Cookies We Use
2.1 Technical Cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the site to function and cannot be disabled. They enable core services such as authentication, payment security, and social login integrations:
- Stripe: Secures payment transactions
- Facebook / Twitter / Instagram: Manages social account connections and content sharing
2.2 Analytical Cookies
These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our services so we can improve them. No personally identifiable information is collected:
- ar-go.co website: Google Analytics
- ARGOwebAR: Google Analytics (no personal data collected)
- ARGOflow: Google Analytics and LocalStorage for document navigation
- ARGOeditor / ARGOmanager: Google Analytics
2.3 Advertising Cookies
These cookies let us measure how our advertising campaigns perform and, with your consent, personalise the ads you are shown. They are only set on the ar-go.co website after you accept in the cookie banner:
- Google Ads: conversion measurement and remarketing for campaigns run on Google
- ChatGPT Ads (OpenAI): conversion measurement for campaigns run on ChatGPT
- Google Tag Manager: loads and governs the tags listed above
If you decline, these services run in a restricted mode: no identifier is stored on your device, advertising identifiers are removed from the requests they send, and we receive only aggregated measurement.
2.4 Tracking Cookies
ARGOflow uses fingerprinting — the calculation of a unique identifier based on terminal configuration — for document tracking purposes.
3. Cookie Duration
Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your device for a defined period, not exceeding six months, except for audience measurement cookies which may last up to thirteen months.
4. Managing Your Cookie Preferences
A cookie banner is displayed on your first visit, allowing you to accept all, refuse all, or choose category by category: audience measurement, advertising and personalisation can each be enabled or disabled independently. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled.
Your choice is stored on your device. You can change it at any time using the Manage cookies link in the footer of any page, which reopens the preferences panel with your current settings.
You may also configure your browser to block or delete cookies:

Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our services.
