The questions card publishers and gift brands ask us.

Does every card or order get its own QR code and its own content space?
Yes. Each STQR code is unique and comes with its own private content space, generated automatically, in batch for a print run or one by one as orders come in. Two cards never share a message.
Does STQR support audio as well as video?
Both. The sender chooses to record a video or an audio-only message.
Can the sender record directly from their phone, or upload an existing file?
Both. The first scan opens your branded recorder in the phone browser: record live with the camera or microphone, or upload a video or audio file already on the phone. No app, no account.
Can the page the recipient sees be fully branded, with no mention of ARGO?
Yes, that is the point of the white-label offer. Logo, colours, typography, wording and default video are yours, on the recorder and on the viewer page, and the QR codes can point to a subdomain you own. ARGO does not appear.
Does the recipient need an app or an account?
No. The recipient scans the code with the phone camera and the message plays in the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for. It works on any recent iPhone or Android phone.
Can we download and keep a copy of the files?
Yes. You can retrieve a copy of every message deposited on your codes at any time. The recipient can also download their own message, so the keepsake never depends on the platform.
How long are messages hosted, and can that be extended?
Hosting is included for several years and can be extended. The duration is set in your contract, not by a product default, so it can follow the lifetime you want for your cards.
Will a printed QR code still work in a few years?
Yes. Codes are designed to stay valid for the whole hosting period, and pointing them to a subdomain you own means you keep control of where they resolve, whatever happens.
What happens to the codes and the messages if we stop working together?
Nothing printed becomes obsolete. We export your files, and your codes are either kept live under a fixed-fee maintenance plan or redirected to the destination of your choice from your own subdomain. Reversibility is written into the contract.
What are the maximum message length and file size?
Messages of several minutes and large files are accepted, which covers personal messages comfortably. Exact limits depend on your plan and are stated in your proposal.
How are messages protected and how is privacy handled?
The platform is designed and operated in France and built for GDPR. Each message lives behind its own unlisted code, no personal data is required from the recipient, and a moderation layer lets you review content if you wish, or leave it to us as a managed service.
How is STQR priced, and is there a minimum volume?
A one-off white-label setup fee, then packs of unique QR codes priced by tier and never expiring. No mandatory subscription and no significant minimum volume: launching brands start small, often with a free branded prototype, and scale when the product sells.
How does the sender know the message has been watched?
When the recipient opens the message for the first time, the sender receives a notification. The loop closes: they know the card has arrived and the message has landed.
How quickly can we launch?
A branded prototype covering the full journey, from recording to the recipient scan, is typically ready in about two weeks. Print runs follow your own calendar.
